Insert "; and be it" 2009-02-09 House Journal Page 0206 Page 3, following line 10: Insert "FURTHER RESOLVED that the action must honor the state's obligations under the current Alaska Gasline Inducement Act license, and provide as feasible for gas delivery and use, off the road system." Representative Gara moved and asked unanimous consent that Amendment No. 1 be adopted. Representative Neuman objected. The question being: "Shall Amendment No. 1 be adopted?" Amendment No. 2 was offered by Representative Gardner: Page 1, line 2, following "encouraging all" (title amendment): Insert "appropriate" Page 3, line 5: Following "encouraging all": Insert "appropriate" 2009-02-09 House Journal Page 0207 Following "necessary": Insert ", after thoughtful consideration," Representative Gardner moved and asked unanimous consent that Amendment No. 2 be adopted.
